As families begin the new school year, children’s sleep schedules and routines are especially important. #Sleep can have a big impact on children’s #behaviour, #learning and #attention.

Better Nights, Better Days is an evidence-based program tailored for parents of children with
neurodevelopmental disorders to help parents help their kids sleep better.

We are looking for families of children ages 4-12 years old from across Canada with a diagnosis of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, or Cerebral Palsy who have #insomnia (i.e., difficulties falling and staying asleep) to participate in this completely online research study!
